Our Midweek Ladies Fellowship began with 2-3 of us
discussing our desire for a daytime Bible study. Since
eating is always an enjoyable thing to do, we decided to
meet during the lunch hour in case others could come then
too. Assuming that most of us are busy ladies, we
decided to try meeting a couple of times a month instead of
every week. Currently there are 12 or so of us,
ranging in age from young adults to seniors, with varying
religious backgrounds. We are still getting to know
each other, so if you're considering coming but leery of
feeling like an outsider, not to worry!
We just began a study called "The Pastoral
Letters" covering 1 Timothy, Titus and 2 Timothy and
are enjoying it very much. You're welcome to come for
lunch and leave before the study if you wish (some of us
do), or we'd love to have you stay for the study whenever
you can.
We plan to meet in March, April and May (first & third
Wednesday's at 12:30pm), and then decide whether or not to
